We define PI investments as businesses that generate positive income (cash flow) every month and that require less than 10 hours per week of management.  It is the type of business where your money works harder than you do.

Occasionally, we have PI opportunities that we do not invest in that we can pass along to other investors.  Or, we will sell one of our own PI businesses.  If you are interested in investing in a PI business contact us to be added to our mailing list.  Our primary focus, however, is to buy, manage and resell PI businesses.

Examples of PI businesses:

• Coin laundromats
• Coin operated car washes
• Kiosks
• Commerical and residential real estate
• Outdoor advertising mediums
• Bulk snack/soda vending routes
• Other absentee owner type businesses

These are the most traditional forms of PI opportunities.  However, there are many other PI business models out there that we would love to hear about. 

If you do not have a PI business for sale you can still make some money from us.  We offer a referral, or bird dog fee just for passing along information to a PI opportunity that concludes in us acquiring that business.
